Sitting outside was a lovely experience.  The food was excellent, and the wait staff were polite and friendly.  The restaurant has a nice selection of wines.

The food was incredible as was the setting.  Some of the best food I had on our trip while sitting overlooking the Grand canal.

There is such a place in the small streets away from the crowds, it is a cozy little place. The store is not very big but the interior decoration is excellent, the service is very friendly, wine, appetizers, pasta, desserts and cheese are classic flavors, not sweet but delicious and healthy.

At Al Covo, we enjoyed a once memorable evening lunch. The shop is run by a Venetian local and his wife. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The seats arranged for us are great. Assorted seafood, wontons, noodles, grilled eggplant, fish are all highly recommended for your signature dishes.
